Cancellation Policy

1. What’s Included: Rental includes sauna tent, stove, stones, thermometer/hygrometer, seating, one bundle of wood, and an instruction manual. Cold plunge tubs are optional add-ons. 2. Pickup & Return: Renter must pick up and return the equipment unless delivery/setup is arranged for an additional fee (subject to availability and location). 3. Renter Responsibilities: Renter is solely responsible for safe setup, operation, and takedown. The Hive is not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use or environmental factors. 4. Pricing: Sauna Tent Rental: Small (3–4 people): $99 (1 day), $149 (2 days), $199 (3 days), $249 (4 days) Large (9–12 people): $149, $199, $249, $299 Cold Plunge Add-On: $30 for the first tub, $15 for each additional No extra charge for multi-day use 5. Cancellations & Fees: Full refund if canceled 72+ hours in advance. Partial or no refund if canceled within 72 hours. Fees apply for late returns, missing or damaged items, or excess dirt/misuse. 6. Risk Acknowledgement: I understand sauna and cold plunge use involve risks including heat exhaustion, dehydration, cold shock, hypothermia, or more serious health outcomes. These risks increase with alcohol, drugs, heart conditions, pregnancy, or illness. I confirm I am 18+ and responsible for all users. 7. Safety Agreement: I agree to: Use sauna outdoors on a level, heat-safe surface Follow all instructions and never leave the stove unattended Restrict use by intoxicated or underage users Limit sessions to 25 minutes, hydrate, and take breaks Ensure ventilation and avoid use near flammable materials 8. Liability Waiver: I release The Hive Wellness & Social, LLC from all claims of injury, illness, or damage during my rental. I assume full responsibility for everyone using the equipment. 9. Equipment Care: I will return all items clean and functional. Charges apply for damage, loss, or misuse. 10. Media Release: I allow The Hive to use any photos/videos I share featuring their equipment for marketing.
