As the sun lowers and the moon takes over, Tribal Yoga and The Hive invite you into a rare, intentionally curated evening on a secluded stretch of Grant Park Beach.
Afterdark calls us forward in all the layers of being human—and then some: mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual (yes, the whole ecosystem).
This fully guided, start-to-finish experience is designed to help us drop the masks, build self-awareness, push a few edges, have some serious fun, and reconnect—to our bodies, our breath, our purpose, and the humans we get to be with.
Under torchlight and moonlight, we’ll weave together sauna + cold plunge, breathwork + meditation, primal movement + drumming, and authentic relating + self-inquiry—using the elements and the power of community as catalysts for real, positive change.
