Sunset Sweat & Groove
An intentionally crafted community celebration dedicated to deepening connection and elevating wellBEEing through the fundamentals: Movement, nature immersion, dance, play, cold, heat, and welcoming of authentic expression no matter how weird, unhinged, or feral.
Modern social culture trains us to numb, distract, and dissociate through alcohol, phones and stigmatization of authentic expression. These are all major limiting factors in getting our fundamental connection needs met, and part of the reason society is so heartbreakingly unwell.
Sunset Sweat & Groove — alongside all events we host — exists to reclaim what’s been stripped away by modern overculture and its warped values: our joy, our aliveness, our wellBEEing, and our capacity for real connection — within ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
