Intention

Long before candy and costumes, Halloween — or Samhain — marked a turning point in the ancient calendar. It was the time when the harvest was complete, the light was fading, and people gathered around fires to honor both endings and beginnings.

This night was said to be when the veil between seen and unseen grew thin — when the worlds of spirit and matter, past and present, brushed up against one another. A time to reflect, release, and reconnect with the mystery that animates all things.

We gather in that same spirit — not to summon ghosts, but to celebrate aliveness. To breathe, sweat, plunge, and play in rhythm with nature’s own cycle of death and renewal.
